What is on a Skid-Mounted Steam Generator System?

A skid-mounted unit is a fully integrated steam solution, pre-engineered and factory-assembled onto a single base frame. Typically, this includes:

  • Clayton Steam Generator and feed pump
  • Hotwell (feedwater tank)
  • Chemical dosing system
  • Water softener
  • Blowdown vessel
  • Pre-installed interconnecting pipework and electrical systems

Each system is pre-piped, pre-wired, and factory tested, allowing for rapid deployment and minimal on-site installation work. From 150KW -5MW thermal output.
