Crickley Dairy, a proudly South African brand founded in 1984 in Queenstown, Eastern Cape, is known for producing premium dairy products at its state-of-the-art facility. Supplying the Eastern Cape with milk, yogurt, cheese, and more.

The Challenge:

Crickley Dairy faced an urgent and unexpected challenge that threatened production continuity and needed a 5-ton/hour steam generator to maintain critical processes in their dairy production. Traditional installation timelines would have caused costly delays, so speed and reliability were essential.

Our Solution:

Our team delivered a fully containerised steam generator, perfect for rapid deployment and minimal on-site disruption. This containerised design allowed us to transport, install, and commission the unit quickly while meeting all safety and efficiency standards.

Thanks to the fast turnaround, Crickley Dairy maintained full production without interruption, safeguarding their supply chain and avoiding costly downtime.

Containerised solutions

Key Benefits:

Easy installation & monitoring: The containerised solution ensures rapid installation and simplified monitoring. All essential components, including the 5 t/h generator, hotwell tank, water softener, blowdown tank, chemical dosing system, valves, controls, instrumentation, pipework, and electrical wiring, are pre-fitted into a 30’ high-cube container.
Increased safety: The Clayton Steam generator does not have a water level and does not store a large volume of water so the risk of explosion is completely eliminated.
Operational flexibility: This solution offers flexibility for future relocation or scaling.
